There are many benefits to membership of the Charity Law Association:
- Model governing documents for a charitable company, a charitable trust and an incorporated association together with guidance notes are available to all members. These model governing documents are recommended and approved by the Charity Commission.
- Attending free quarterly members' meetings where speakers on charity law and related topics give an insight into current issues and changes in legislation and procedures.
- Networking opportunities with other CLA members including charity lawyer, academics, representatives from regulators and in-house charity lawyers.
- Attending the annual conference and other events
- The CLA administrator is able to source CLA member charity lawyers based on geographical location.
- CLA membership also allows members to sign up to LMSC (Legislation Monitoring Service for Charities) at reduced rates

To become a member of the Charity Law Association please download the membership form (Word Format), fill in the details and return it to us. Membership takes 3-5 working days to be accepted.
